We're able to achieve these extraordinary results for our clients because we outwork our opponents and, unlike many other lawyers, our Camp Lejeune injury lawyers are not afraid to take cases to trial if the insurance company refuses to settle for an amount that fully compensates our clients and their families for ALL of their injuries and damages.

We'll commit whatever time and resources are necessary to ensure that you and your family are completely compensated for all of your losses, in addition to ensuring that you receive the best medical care available.

The Camp Lejeune Justice Act of 2022 was recently passed by Congress, allowing veterans, their families, and other individuals who were stationed, employed, or resided on the Marine Corps Base at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, for at least thirty (30) days between August 1, 1953, and December 31, 1987, and suffered injuries as a result of exposure to contaminated water, to file a lawsuit for monetary damages. This is noteworthy because it extends the statute of limitations for bringing such claims and allows anyone who were serving in the military at the time of the potential exposure to file a complaint.
